Taylormade R9 Driver

This Taylormade R9 driver is fitted with Flight Control Technology (FCT). This technology allows the golfer to change the loft, lie angle and also the face angle of the driver to affect the side to side flight of the ball, by up to 40 yards.

The driver can be changed to 8 different head positions.

All of these settings can be changed on the club by the loosening of the FCT bolt removing the shaft and changing to the required position and then keeping the head in that position by replacing the FCT Bolt.

The Taylor made R9 driver is also equipped with Movable Weight Technology (MWT). The driver has three changable weights (two 1-gram and one 16-gram) which allow the golfer to change the center of gravity of the driver. The heavy weight can be moved to the toe of the club to produce a fade and moved to the heel of the club to promote a draw or in the middle for a straight flight.

This Movable Weight Technology (MWT) affects the side to side flight of the ball by up to 35 yards.
